Our client based in New Malden, requires an experienced Purchase Ledger clerk.
You will be responsible for logging incoming invoices and gaining head office authorisation. Ensuring invoices are coded and posted correctly. Focusing on processing sub contract invoices and reconciling supplier statements. You will make sure weekly payment runs and supplier statement reconciliation deadlines are meet. You will be well-organised and able to handle pressure with excellent attention to detail also have the ability to manage in the managers absence.
